摘    要:用不同浓度Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6对玉米种子浸种,探讨了外源Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6对种子萌发、幼苗根系活力、脯氨酸含量及细胞膜透性的影响.结果表明:用10-20 mg/L Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6浸种24 h,可增强玉米种子在萌发时的α-淀粉酶活性,提高种子活力、萌发率及幼苗根系活力,脯氨酸含量增加,幼苗细胞膜相对透性降低;用50-100 mg/L Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6浸种后,发现种子活力、脯氨酸含量及幼苗根系活力下降,幼苗细胞膜相对透性增加.

Abstract:Effects of Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6 solutions with different concentration on seed generation,root activities,proline contents and membrane permeability of maize seeds were studied.The results showed that,compared with check,treated seed with 10-20 mg/L Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6 solution for 24 h,the amylase activities,seed activity and germination percentage,proline content and the root activity for maize seeds increased.In the mean time,the membrane permeability of seeds decreased.In the Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6 solution with concentration of 50-100 mg/L,the membrane permeability increased,but the activities of seed and root went down steadily,so did the proline content of maize seeds.
