| 摘 要： | 通过对历史状况的分析,确定影响我国人才需求的主要因素,在复杂的历史数据中,选择恰当的解释变量,建立我国人才需求预测的主模型,为解释变量构建5个子模型.利用国家统计年鉴的历史数据,通过构建的2003年、2005年和2010年的预测模型,可以对我国未来人才需求进行预测.

| Abstract: | A chief model for talents demand prediction in China and five sub-models for explaining variable were constructed based on analysing historical facts,determining the primary factor of talents demand in the coutry,and selecting appropriate variables in the data of complicated histry. And these models were used to prediction of talents demand in China in 2003,2005,2010 based on the data in China Statistical Yearbook. |
