| 摘 要： | 应用正交设计法研究了不同因素对茯苓原生质体制备的影响.实验结果表明，渗稳剂的种类和酶解时间对茯苓原生质体产量的影响最显著；培养5 d的菌丝体在30 mg/L溶壁酶＋20 mg/L蜗牛酶的酶液中，以0.6 mol/L的蔗糖作为渗稳剂，30℃酶解1 h，茯苓原生质体的产量最高.
