| 摘 要： | 在原有摇瓶及5L罐发酵的基础上，对线虫生防菌株Sr18杀线虫代谢产物30L罐发酵放大的工艺条件进行了优化，确定了30L罐发酵的工艺参数为：一级种子静置培养24h，接种体积分数为4％，通气量1：0．35～1．0，溶氧量20％～30％，发酵周期48h左右．在优化的发酵工艺条件下，经30L罐发酵放大培养所得发酵滤液1／2浓度的杀线率可达95％．

| Abstract: | The fermentation optimization of Sr18（Syncephalastrurn racernosurn） nematicidal metabolites was carried out in the scale of 30 L fermenter according to the optimal culture conditions in the shake flask and 5 L fermenter. The optimum fermentation conditions for Sr18 in the scale of 30 L fermenter was determined as follows： the seeds were cultured in the stationary condition for 24 h, inoculum volume fraction was 4%, ventilation was 1 ： 0.35-1.0 and dissolved oxygen（DO） was controlled among 20%-30%, fermentation period was about 48 h. The nematicidal mortalitv of one time diluted solution reached 95% with above conditions. |
