摘    要:对高等院校创新人才群体的动态测评模型和人才结构的优化方法进行研究,建立了基于多智能体协商机制的测评与优化方法,以Visual Studio.NET作为主要开发工具,Visual Studio.NET支持新的应用程序开发平台,以报文或消息,Web Service,Net远程处理框架技术实现数据和命令的远程传递,设计以教师端和院级管理员端为主要目标的客户端,以操作用户、统计汇总、决策为管理决策端的教学单位关键绩效指标考核系统软件,使各个智能体在听取其他智能体意见的基础上,在一定的范围内逐步修正各自结论,获得一致的测评结果.

Abstract:The dynamic evaluative model and the optimal method of the talent's structure for innovative talents in universities were established based on the consultation mechanism of multi-intelligence.Using Visual Studio .NET as main developing tool and supporting new program-developed platform,the transformation of tele-data and commands were realized with the types of text or news,Web Service and NET long-distance processing.A systemic software used in evaluating the essential achievement targets of the teaching units in the universities was designed,taking teachers and administrators as main client ports,operation users,statistic and collection as well as decision-making etc.as controlling and decision-making ports,which made every one gradually revise the conclusions and obtain consistent evaluative results in a certain scope.
