城市轨道交通与土地利用的耦合协调度评价——以上海市为例

摘    要:以上海市为样本区域,运用系统论的方法,构建了反映城市轨道交通系统和土地利用系统发展水平的指标体系;在利用功效函数对轨道交通系统和土地利用系统的综合发展水平进行测算的基础上,构建了耦合协调度模型,并从时序角度通过综合发展指数和耦合协调度分析了上海市轨道交通-土地利用系统的协调性.结果表明:2000—2010年上海市轨道交通系统和土地利用系统综合发展水平稳步提高,两系统耦合互动效应明显.同时,轨道交通-土地利用系统的时序变动具有明显的波动性和阶段性.2000—2004年为失调阶段,轨道交通系统与土地利用系统协同效应不明显;2005—2006年为濒临阶段,两者协同效应开始显现;2007—2010年为协调阶段,两者互动效应逐步增强,但总体上两系统协调等级仍较低.

Abstract:Taking Shanghai city as the sample area, the indicator system reflecting the developmental level of urban rail transit system and land use system was structured by the method of system theory. Then, according to efficacy function, the comprehensive developmental level of rail transit system and land use system was calculated, thus the coupling coor- dination degree model was constructed. And quantitative analyses of the coordination of rail transit-land use system in Shanghai city from year 2000 to 2010 was conducted through comprehensive development index and coupling coordination degree proceeding from year time series. It was found that the integrated developmental level of urban rail transit system and land use system in Shanghai city rose steadily, and the coupling interaction effect of two systems was obvious. Mean- while, the sequential change presented different phases and undulations. In year 2000-2004, the synergistic effect of rail transit system and land use system was weak as the disorder stage. In year 2005-2006, the synergistic effect began to ap- pear. In year 2007-2010, the interactive effect increased as the coordination stage, hut the overall coupling coordination grade was still low.
