野生苋组织同工酶的研究

摘    要:本文对三种野生苋苗期根、茎和叶中的POD、COD、ATPase同。酶作了初步分析,其中POD、COD同工酶在皱果苋、凹头苋中谱型接近,认为这两种野生觉的亲缘关系比反枝苋近,因此,POD、COD同工酶可作为分析野生苋亲缘关系的一种生化指标.ATPase同工酶在三种野生觅中各有其自己的谱型,对这种酶同工酶的研究可以为我们今后对野生觅资源的生理生化研究提供基础性资料.

Abstract:In this paper, we have studied POD, COD,and ATP ase isozymes of root,stem and leave in A. Viridis. L, A. Lividus. L. so and A. Retroflexus, L. sp. POD, COD isozymes of A. Viridis are very similar to A. Lividus in isozymegram. It was thought that Viridis is much close to Lividus in their origin and evolution. This experiment results could be taken as biochemical index for the analysis of consanguinity of Amaranthus, L.ATPase isozymes, however, have special isozymogram respectively in three plants. The study of ATPase isozyme could provide a basic information on Amaranthus biochemistry.
