| 摘 要： | 采用不同质量浓度的苦瓜叶片乙醇提取液(3.1、6.3、12.5、25.0 g/L)处理农杆菌,分别在12、24、36、48 h测试其对农杆菌生长的影响.结果表明:苦瓜叶片乙醇提取液对农杆菌生长具有明显的抑制作用,随着提取液浓度的增加,抑菌效果增强;提取液的最佳处理质量浓度为6.3 g/L,最佳处理时间为24 h.

| Abstract: | The extract from the bitter melon leaves was made by anhydrous ethanol reflux method, and the different concentrations （3.1, 6.3, 12.5, 25.0 g/L） of extract were used to test the influence on the growth of Agrobacterium in 12, 24, 36, 48 h. The results showed that the extract from the bitter melon leaves can efficiently inhibit the growth of Agrobacterium. With the increase of the concentrations of extract, the antibacterial effect increased accordingly. The optimal concentration was 6.3 g/L, and the optimal processing period was 24 h. |
