微量元素硒对油菜苗期主要化学成分的影响

摘    要:采用土培盆栽结合水培施用不同硒(Na2SeO3)浓度处理,研究硒对油菜苗期的主要化学成分的影响,结果表明:硒浓度小于18mg/L?,随补硒浓度的增加,油菜中蛋白质和氨基酸的质量分数增加,呈正相关,超过此浓度,随硒浓度上升,二者的质量分数不升反降;当硒浓度小于15 mg/L?,总糖的质量分数随硒浓度上升而提高,超过该补硒浓度,糖的质量分数开始下降.从提高油菜内含物分析,采用土培盆栽结合水培时,补硒浓度以15mg/L为宜.

Abstract:With the way of culture in pots combined with solution culture,this article studies the effect of Selenium on main chemical composition of Brassica napus in seedling stage.The results indicate:the content of protein and amino acids increases with the rise of Selenium concentration while the Selenium concentration is below 18 mg/L,and it decreases while the Selenium concentration is beyond 18 mg Se/L;the total saccharide content increases with the rise of Selenium concentration while the Selenium concentration is below 15 mg/L,and it tends to decrease while the Selenium concentration is beyond 15 mg/L.Analysing from increasing inclusion,the optimum added Selenium concentration is 15 mg/L with the way of culture in pots combined with solution culture.
