| 摘 要： | 在植物生长过程中微量元素硒具有抗氧化作用,重金属铅有毒害作用.探讨绿豆发芽生长过程中硒对铅毒害的缓冲作用,研究结果表明,铅毒害导致绿豆苗期叶绿素含量下降,过氧化氢酶活性下降,细胞膜透性增加,绿豆苗期生长过程中添加硒和铅后,其三种生理生化指标变化有一定缓解作用.

| Abstract: | In growing of plant,trace element Se is anti-oxidative activity and heavy metal is toxicity.In this paper,Se relief from Pb toxicity in the shooting and growing of mung bean has been investigated.The tests show that Pb toxicity could lead to reduction of chlorophll concentration and CAT,the elevation of cell membranes penetrability.When Se Pb are put into the mung bean,their physiological and biochemical indicators was relived. |
