摘    要:以小菊品种56号和大菊品种28号无菌苗的幼嫩叶片和茎段为材料,通过器官分化或器官直接发生途径,建立了两个品种的再生体系.以MS为基本培养基添加不同质量分数的6-BA和NAA,通过一定时间诱导,幼嫩叶片和茎段可以通过不同方式产生不定芽.初步结果表明,适合56号茎段愈伤生长并诱导不定芽产生的培养基为:MS 6-BA 0.5mg/L NAA 0.05mg/L;适合28号茎段愈伤生长并诱导不定芽的培养基为:MS 6-BA 0.5mg/L NAA 0.1mg/L;56号叶片直接诱导不定芽的培养基为:MS 6-BA1-3mg/L NAA 0.1-0.5mg/L.

Abstract:The regeneration system of two cultivars of Chrysanthemum morifolium was established.Adventitious shoots were successfully regenerated from young leaves and internodal segments of in vitro cultures of two chrysanthemum cultivars when cultured on Murashine and Skoog(MS) basal medium supplemented with various plant growth-regulators.The results showed that the optimum medium for callus growth and adventitious buds induction of No.56 was MS 6-BA0.5 mg/L 0.05 mg/L NAA whereas MS 6-BA0.5 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L was optimal for another cut flower cultivar No.28.For direct induction of adventitious buds from No.56 leaf explants,the optimum medium was MS 6-BA1-3 mg/L NAA0.1-0.5 mg/L.
