| 摘 要： | 以可持续发展思想为指导思想,利用采用层次分析法构建出由经济发展、低碳技术、低碳环境以及低碳社会四大子系统、21个指标的低碳城市评价体系.根据上海市2000-2009年的统计数据对上海市低碳经济发展现状进行综合评价,得到上海市的低碳经济发展水平正处于不断上升的状态的结论.
