| 摘 要： | 采用5种方法测定四照花等6种山茱萸科植物的叶面积,结果表明:不同洲定方法测定同一树种叶面积有显著差异;用SHY-150扫描式活体叶面积仪测定叶面积操作简便,但误差较大;数字图像处理法测定结果准确,重复性好,但操作相对复杂;方格记数法和画纸称重法准确度较高,但较费时、费工.

| Abstract: | Leaf areas of six kinds of Cornaceae including Dendrobenthamia japonica var.chinensis plant species are measured by five different methods.It shows that leaf area is significantly different when the same species is determinated by different methods.The method of measuring the leaf area by the instrument SHY-150 is easy to be operated,but there are bigger margin for errors.The measuring results by digital image processing method are accurate with good repeatability,but the operation is relatively complex.The... |
