| 摘 要： | 基于产品定期检测数据,考虑了检测对产品可靠性的影响,给出了一个考虑检测影响的贮存-检测模型,并给出了相应的参数估计方法.最后举例说明该模型的有效性.

| Abstract: | Based on the data of periodic inspection,we considered the effect of inspection on product reliability,and give a new storage reliability model.For this model,we give the method of parameter estimation.A numerical example is provided to prove the validity of the model. |
