| 摘 要： | 用偏微分方程的方法给出交通流模型和色灯控制下的特征线,结合实际实验数据科学地解决十字路口在交通流较大时应人为地改变色灯的转换周期,从而解决了城市的交通问题,达到了节约能源和改善环境的目的.

| Abstract: | The traffic flow model and the linear characteristics under the control of traffic lights have been proposed by the means of differential equation.Based on these theories,some data have been listed and combined with the practical experimental data,the problem that the transferring cycle of the traffic lights should be shifted on the cross-road when the traffic is heavy,has been solved scienfically so that the traffic problem in the cities as well as energy shortage and environmental protection could be settled. |
