摘    要:我国广大村镇地区大量存在着砖混结构房屋,为了扩展房屋的使用面积,通常会在二层以上外墙处设置悬挑.悬挑构件所受的力较复杂,在竖向地震作用下,抗震性能较弱,为了提高抗震性能,在悬挑梁端增设竖向柱,使上下悬挑梁构成整体,通过数值计算,增设的柱能显著提高结构抗震性能,能显著降低由结构失效损失所产生的间接费用,有着较好的经济性.

Abstract:China's vast rural areas there is a large brick structure housing, in order to expand the housing area, usually on the second floor cantilevered walls above the set point. Overhanging the force components more complex role in the vertical earthquake, seismic performance is weak, in order to improve the seismic performance, additional vertical column cantilever beam end, so integral cantilevered beams down through numerical calculation, additional the column can significantly improve the seismic performance, can significantly reduce the losses incurred by the structural failure of indirect costs, has a better economy.
