山东省人口性别比的现状特点与对策研究

Study on the Actuality Characteristic and Countermeasure of the Population Sex Ratio in Shandong Province

The article summarizes three concurrent characteristics of sex ratio in Shandong Province-i.e.the sex ratio is lower than the national average while experiencing up trend first after the New China was founded but doing down later,sex ratio is high in children's group,and a distinctive interlocal diversity of children's sex ratio in particular.The article makes rather objectvie and comprehensive analysis on the roots for such characteristics and points out the possible consequeses in three aspects-directly resulting in marriage congestion,indirectly incurring serious social problems and negatively hindering the optimization of job placement structure.The article finally proposes countermeseasures in three aspects on the premises of reasonable explanation to the high sex ratio at birth with the perspective of population conversion theory,advocating to strengthen the rural economy in Southwest and Northwest Shandong,impose strict control on abnomal sex ratio at birth,and actively cope with the marriage imbalance in the future.;
