摘    要:以塔胞藻(Pyramimonas.sp)为试验材料,探讨了在培养液中加入不同浓度的汞离子对微藻的生物学效应.采用的HgCl2浓度为0.01、0.02、0.03、0.04、0.05、0.06ppm,接种后每9d为一轮,连续培养了3轮,结果发现,前2轮培养中随着铜离子浓度的升高,细胞的生长繁殖和细胞体积明显下降,HgCl2浓度达到0.05ppm时,细胞内的蛋白质、叶绿素含量均明显下降,可溶性糖、核酸的含量与对照相比变化不大.培养到第3轮时,塔胞藻已适应环境的变化.

Abstract:This paper studied that the biologic effects of handling with differdnt concentration mercury ion in medium on Pyrarnimonas. sp for experimenting material. The methods are that the concentrations of HgCl_2defined for 0.01,0. 02,0.03,0.04,0.05 and 0.06 ppm,along with inoculating the algae cell,continuously cultured 3 round(9 d/round). The result discovers that reproduction,the size of cell,the content of protein and chlorophyll in the cell expressed obviously lower in front 2 rounds along with rising the concentration of mercury ion. inside medium,but the changes of soluble sugar and nuclei acid content in the cell is not vdry. They have already adapt the environmental changes at the third round.
