| 摘 要： | 房地产风险投资决策是复杂的多目标决策问题．介绍了房地产决策的各种评价指标并给出了几种方案，并针对各指标的不同类型给出了一种综合的优化解法，最后用此法完成了各方案的择优排序，并结合应用介绍该模型的评价方法。

| Abstract: | It is a complex problem of multi-objective decision making on venture investment in estate. This paper introduces all kinds of estimate targets and gives several kind projects on estate decision making,and proposes a sort of new optimize solution on the kinds of estimate targets ,then orders the alternative schemes of investment in estate. Finally an assessment method of the mathematic model is put forward combined with practical application. |
