摘    要:研究了强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化环己醇脱水制备环己烯的反应,考察了催化剂用量、反应时间等对脱水反应的影响。结果表明:该催化剂对脱水反应具有良好的催化活性,可避免用浓硫酸催化造成的环境污染,并且产品收率和纯度较高,催化剂可重复使用。

Abstract:Preparation of cyclohexene by dehydration of cyclohexanol on catalyst strong acid cation exchange resin was studied. The influences of catalyst amount, reaction time were investigated. Experimental results showed that this catalyst has good activity to dehydration. This method could prevent the envrironmental pollution caused by concentrate sulphuric acid as catalyst. It also has high yield and purity. The catalyst can be used repatedly.
