| Abstract: | Hampered by factors of transportation and economy. Liaocheng prefecture was backward in tourism despite its rich tonrist resources. The opening of Beijing-Jiulong Railwag provides opportunities for developing tourist resources. This essay based on the appraisal of resources. Puts forward strategies for the utilization and development of tonrist resources. |
