| 摘 要： | 中国历史时期的西部开发，大致可划分为秦汉、隋唐、元代、清朝、抗日战争时期等阶段，分析了不同时期西部开发的内容，并从开发方向、部门、范围、强度、方式、目的、影响等方面剖析了西部开发的特点。最后提出现代西部开发应借鉴历史开发经验，并吸取相应教训。
