摘    要:神经诱导机制是当今发育神经生物学领域中一个有重要意义的研究课题之一.对神经诱导的认知历程做了简要回顾,列举了近年来的观点对经典观点提出的挑战,综述了参与神经诱导的BMP、Follistatin、Chorclin、Shh、Activins FGFs和Noggin等因子的诱导机制,了解这些因子的功能对解决部分医学及胚胎学问题有很重要的参考作用。

Abstract:Neural inducement is one important stage in the neurodevelopment of animal. Its mechanism is one of important researching topic in neurodevelopment biology now. It includes primary inducement of the neural plate and the secondary induction of the prior brain and the spinal cord. In this paper, a brief retrospect on the course of cognition about it was made ,and some challenges were issued by modern viewpoint to classics of it ,and the mechanism of BMP,Follistatin,Chorclin,Shh ,Activins ,FGFs and Noggin were summed up. It could give some important reference function to solve some problem for medicine and embryology.
