钠法脱硫废水中还原性无机硫的氧化菌种选育

摘    要:从某热电厂钠法脱硫废水出水口处所取污泥中,通过筛选、分离、逐级驯化得到1株在高盐环境下对还原性无机硫化合物具有较高生物氧化能力的优良菌株Z-2.对菌株的耐高盐性能进行了研究,并对其培养条件进行了优化.结果表明,当NaCl质量浓度为10~20 g/L时,对菌株的生长以及生物氧化能力没有影响,氧化率达到90%;NaCl质量浓度为30 g/L时,菌株依然有一定耐受能力,氧化率为70%;NaCl质量浓度增高至40 g/L时,菌株的生长和还原性硫的氧化完全受到抑制.菌株Z-2的最优培养条件为:氮源(NH4)2SO42 g/L,初始pH7.5,温度35℃.在此条件下,菌株Z-2对相当于实际废水含量(Na2SO3 70 g/L、Na2S2O3 10 g/L、NaCl 20 g/L)的还原性无机硫化合物的氧化率高达95%.
