摘    要:以440t/h循环流化床锅炉汽冷式旋风分离器为研究对象,建立了对象的动态数学模型.在数学模型的基础上,采用高级连续系统仿真语言(ACSL)建立了对象的仿真模型.通过仿真试验及分析,证明了模型的正确性,该模型能为旋风分离器的运行及优化设计提供一定的理论指导.

Abstract:A dynamic mathematical model of the steam-cooled cyclone separator in a 440 t/h CFB boiler has been established.Based on the mathematical model,simulation model of the cyclone separator is created with the advanced continuous simulation language(ACSL).The validity of this model has been verified by the simulation experiments and analysis.This model can provide a theoretical guidance for operation and optimal design of the cyclone separator.
