由于利益相关者对环境的日益关注,环境战略已逐渐融入到组织战略和日常的运作管理中,而供应链范围内实施绿色化战略显得更为重要.对绿色供应链管理战略决策的要素及相互关系进行了补充和完善,形成了新的战略决策框架模型.考虑到框架结构的网状性,采用Saaty提出的ANP分析工具,用实例说明了采用ANP法进行绿色供应链管理战略决策的过程.

Strategic Decision Model of Green Supply Chain Management

With increased emphasis on the natural environment by stakeholders, the need for explicit consideration and incorporation of environmental strategy has been critical within organization strategic plans and their operations. While in the scope of green supply chain management strategy decision is more important. The authors study the components and elements of green supply chain management and how they serve as a foundation for the decision framework. The structure of framework is network hierarchy, so the authors apply analytic network process (ANP) tool which was first introduced by Saaty. An illustrative example is used to explore the application of the ANP technique to this problem.
