| 摘 要： | 企业价值的保值与增殖与人力资本作用的发挥密不可分.人力资本作用的发挥依赖于特定的组织环境,并通过其相互之间的作用关系推动企业价值的实现.文章从系统的角度理论分析了人力资本在价值创造过程中所形成的层级式价值链、并列式价值链和网络化价值关系,并根据环境的变化,其管理及其形式的动态调整.

| Abstract: | The maintenance and gain of enterprise value have something to do with human capital. Human capital impels the realization of enterprise value through their inter-relationship, depending on given organization environment. This article systemically analyses tier value chain, paratactic value chain and network value chain, which are formed in the course of the creating value by human capital, then educes the adjustors of the management and forms according to the environment. |
