纳米Al2O3对聚乙烯工程材料性能的影响

摘    要:采用压制和烧结的方法,制备了纳米Al2O3和超高分子量聚乙烯的复合材料。用MPV-200型摩擦磨损试验机和腐蚀磨损试验机研究了纳米Al2O3粒子对超高分子量聚乙烯工程塑料的摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:纳米Al2O3粒了不仅显著地提高了超高分子量聚乙烯的耐磨性,而且降低了超高分子量聚乙烯的摩擦系数,同时使得超高分子量聚乙烯的硬度增大,扩大了超高分子量聚乙烯材料的应用范围。

Abstract:The composite material of nano-Al 2O 3 and UHMW-PE was made by the way of pressing and agglomeration. Effect of nano-Al 2O 3 on the friction, wear characteristic of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene plastic was studied by using MPV-200 model friction and wear tester and caustic wear one. At the same time, the hardness of UHMW-PE was mensurated in sclerometer. The results showed that nano-Al 2O 3 not only decreases the friction coefficient of UHMW-PE, but also greatly reduce the wear of UHMW-PE.The hardness of UHMW-PE is improved. Which possesses important theoretic significance for optimizing of structure and property of UHMW-PE material.
