摘    要:水泥混凝土作为最大宗的人造材料,对资源、能源的需求和对环境的影响十分巨大.混凝土能否长期维持作为最主要的建筑结构材料,关键在于能否成为绿色材料,达到保护环境与发展同行,在混凝土中大量使用工业废弃物是其发展的重要途径.试验认为,用大掺量粉煤灰生产高性能混凝土是可行的.通过采用对粉煤灰进行磨细处理 高效减水剂的方法,当水泥熟料仅用25%左右,粉煤灰掺量为70%时,可配制得到工作性好,3 d强度大于20 MPa,28 d强度在50 MPa以上,其后期强度有极好发展的混凝土.大掺量粉煤灰混凝土能更多地利用粉煤灰,减少熟料用量,对环境保护极为有利.

Abstract:Being the largest mass of man-maded material, concrete demands much to resource and energy as well as affects much to environment. Whether concrete can be the dominating constructive material, the key is whether it can become green material and protect the environment at the same time. The important approach of developing is using industrial castoff largely in concrete. The tests note, that high performance concrete used of large mass of fly ash is doable. By grinding fly ash and adding high-efficient water reducer, when the dosage of cement clinker is only 25% and the dosage of fly ash is 70%, concrete with a good workability that 3 day and 28 day strength are bigger than 20 MPa and 50 MPa respectively can be achieved, which later strength develop very well. The large mass of fly ash concrete can utilize fly ash largely and reduce the dosage of clinker, that is very advantageous to protect environmental.
