| 摘 要： | 用Monte Carlo法对γ射线衍射无标样定量相分析进行了误差分析和误差估计,并与线性方程组系数矩阵条件数的判断作了比较。以KCl、CaCO_3、 ZnO和BaCO_3组成的混合物为例,把Monte Carlo法应用于无标定量的基体清洗联立方程法对其进行了分析。

| Abstract: | A Monte Carlo approach is appplied to the error estimation and error analysis of X-ray diffraction standardless quantitative phase analysis and the coefficient of its variation is cal dilated .which is compared with the error estimation by the condition number of the coefficient matrix of linear equations. The Monte Carlo error estimation is applied to the standardless quantitative matrix-flushing method, in which the mixture of KC1. CaCO3. ZnO and BaCO3 is analyzed as an example. |
