| 摘 要： | 有效利用客户知识,首先运用粗糙集理论对产品创新设计过程的客户知识进行约简,识别出对创新设计重要的客户知识。在此基础上,提出了基于模糊层次法和Shapley值法的客户知识贡献度度量模型,以解决客户知识重要度不易定量描述、重要度权重及创新设计团队成员影响权重难以确定的问题。最后,通过应用实例说明了上述方法和模型的有效性。
