轧后水冷对HRB400钢筋力学性能的影响

摘    要:HRB400钢筋运用范围逐渐增大,将成为今后的主流产品.对水城钢铁公司生产的轧制后不同冷却制度的Φ25 V强化钢筋的强度、塑性、冲击韧性、高应变低周疲劳性能等力学性能指标进行了测定,并利用显微硬度测试、金相观察及扫描电镜断口观察,发现轧后水冷工艺造成了组织和成分不均匀,使得钢筋强度和高应变低周疲劳性能没有明显提高,并降低了钢筋韧性.试验结果表明水钢HRB400钢筋可以达到国家标准要求,但轧后水冷对于钢筋性能影响不明显.最后总结出在水钢目前实际生产条件下,应不采用轧后控冷工艺.

Abstract:The mechanical properties of V reinforced steel bars with diameter of 25 mm, treated by different cooling velocity after rolling, such as strength, ductility, impact toughness, and fatigue properties under high strain low cycle were systematically investigated. By using the microhardness measure, microstructure observation and SEM, it was found that non-homogeneous component and texture, which were generated by water cooling after rolling, made strength and fatigue properties under high strain low cycle of steel bars increase unapparendy, and made impact toughness of steel bars reduce. Test results show that steel bars produced by Shuicheng Steel Co. Ltd reach the demand of national norms and that cooling after rolling affects mechanical properties unapparently. It is concluded that in such production conditions cooling after rolling should not be used.
