集成管理组织结构设计的影响因素分析

为了减少组织结构设计中的个人主观性，提高决策的科学性，针对集成管理组织结构设计，对其影响因素进行分析．通过引入模糊聚类分析方法，实现了对影响组织结构设计因素主从排序，从而形成对企业集成管理组织结构影响因素的定量分析和评价，为企业的集成管理组织结构进行方案设计提供了可信的数据支撑．应用案例分析了各因素对某水力发电总厂组织设计的不同影响程度，为该厂在集成管理中进行组织结构变革提供了重要的参考依据．并通过具体的案例研究，证实了该方法的合理性和可行性．

Analyzing Influencing Structure Design in Factors of Organizational Integrated Management

In order to make personal subjectivity of organizational design more less and make decision-making of organizational design more scientific,the influencing factors of organizational structure design in integrated management are analyzed in detail.According to the fuzzy cluster analysis on influencing factors of organizational structure,this paper presents the sequencing of the principle and subordinate factors on influencing factors of organizational structure.Thus quantitative analysis and evaluation on influencing factors of enterprise' organizational structure design in integrated management is formed, thus provides a reliable quantity basis for enterprise to design organizational structure in integrated management.Different influence upon the organizational of a certain corporated by a case study,which provides important references for its organizational structure reform in integrated management.At the same time,the rationality and feasibility of this method is demonstrated by the case study.
