| 摘 要： | 详细分析了电子商务过程中存在的Internet网络和商务活动安全问题，介绍了实现了电子商务所必须的安全技术，提出了创建中国电子商务的网络和社会安全环境，进行电子证据的认定研究，加快电子商务的立法进程，对网站和网站经营者进行法律规范，保障我国电子商务的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The author analyzes the security problem in Internet and E commerce in the process of E commerce in detail.The necessary security in E commerce is introduced and setting up E commerce network and the social security circumstance is brought forward.It makes a cognizance study of electron evident, quickens the course of lawmaking in E commerce and limits the net station and its runner by laws, which can ensure the E commerce develop in a healthy way. |
