车轮沙地通过性的模拟计算分析

摘    要:装用普通充气弹性轮胎的轮式车辆在沙地上行驶时,由于车轮滑转下陷,使车辆难以通过.开发新的车辆行走机构对提高沙漠车辆通过性至关重要.在建立车轮-土壤相互作用的数学模型和力学模型的基础上,采用散体极限平衡理论,分析了车辆行走机构-沙土的相互作用方式对牵引通过性的影响。结果表明,改变车轮与沙土的相互作用方式可提高车辆沙地通过性。

Abstract:A wheeled vehicle to be fitted with common rubber - tire do not adapt to the desert area because of the wheel slip sinkage. It is important for improving the mobility of vehicle in sand to develop a new running gear of vehicles . Based on the mathematical models and mechanical models for interaction effect between wheel and sand. the influence on the interaction effect between running gear of vehicles and sand on traction performance are analyzed by using the theory of granular limit equilibrium. The results show that the interaction modes between wheel and sand is charged and the mobility of vehicle in sand is improrld.
