CNG汽车气瓶自动装卸系统设计

摘    要:为了解决压缩天然气(compressed natural gas, CNG)汽车加气难的问题,提出了CNG"集中灌装、分散换瓶"的天然气汽车加气理念.采用可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller PLC)作为智能控制单元、步进电机作为装卸驱动单元,设计了可移动的三维工作台作为装卸平台.研究了步进电机的控制算法,构建了CNG汽车气瓶自动装卸系统模型,研制了专用的车用CNG气瓶自动装卸系统.理论分析和实验结果表明:该系统可以在1~2 min内完成CNG汽车气瓶自动装卸任务,提高了CNG汽车的加气效率.
