钠化钒渣中金属铁的分离与测定

摘    要:本文采用铜盐研磨浸溶,柠檬酸铵洗涤剩余铜盐及间接电重量分析法,能有效地分离和测定钠化钒渣中金属铁。析出的铜又能被硫酸羟胺选择性溶解,经回收试验,金相检验及x—射线衍射鉴定,初步判断了方法的可靠性。

Abstract:In this article metallic iron in vanadium-slag tread with sodium is separated by abrading and leaching with CuSO4 solution. The residual copper sulfate is scrubed with ammonium citrate, and the quanity of metallic iron is determinated by indirecting electro-weight analysis. Corpper whinh is replaced out during the process can be solved selectedly by NH2OH-H2SO4 Solution, and its result is satisfactory. This method's reliability is proved by returning test, metallogrrphic assay and X-ray diffraction cerification.
