| Abstract: | The sensitivity, timeliness and initiative of the public meteorological service are not enough at the present stage, it can＇t satisfy the diversified and multi-level meteorological service requirements of the society, therefore, it is necessary to construct the public meteorological service business systems at province-level, city-level and county-level. From the aspects of the construction background, construction targets, construction contents, managing privileges and innovation points, this paper introduces in detail the construction of the public meteorological service business systems at province-level, city-level and county-level. |
