| 摘 要： | 兴趣是成功的基石，是提高学习的催化剂。文章从4个方面阐述了如何激发学生的学习兴趣：建立民主平等的师生关系，引发兴趣；运用多种多样的朗读形式，以读激趣；尊重学生的劳动成果，让学生体验成功的乐趣；重视课文的背景介绍。
