| 摘 要： | 结合国内外对宽带薪酬的研究和相关资料,分析了目前电力企业的薪酬制度及其存在的问题,针对这些问题引入宽带薪酬的运用,结合电力企业所处的环境为其设计合理的宽带薪酬,希望能够对电力企业的激励机制有一定的借鉴意义,能够提高企业的绩效,加强组织的人力资源管理。
