摘    要:案例教学是全国普通高校《思想道德修养与法律基础》课中一种比较实用、有效的教学方法。文章对案例教学法的含义、优点和实施中需注意的问题进行阐述,以激发学生学习兴趣,增强课堂教学效果,提高该课程的教学质量。

Abstract:Case method is a practical and effective teaching method in the teaching of "Morals and Ethics and Fundamentals of Law" in the universities of China. Its concept, advantages and problems needing attention are explained to promote the students' learning interest, the effect of classroom teaching and the teaching quality.
