| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了“螺旋桨”式风量调节门在熟料窑系统使用中存在的问题，对原设计风量调节门故障进行了分析，设计了“百叶窗”式风量调节门并实施了改造，取得了一定成效，对同类型工况下的风机风量调节门设计、改造有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the problems existing in the application of propeller type damper in the clinker kiln system, analyses on the faults of the damper designed originally,designs the venetian-blind type damper and making some transformations, producing certain effect, which has referencing significance for the design and transformation of exhauster's damper at same working conditions. |
