钢管拱钢纤维混凝土顶升施工技术探讨

摘    要:黄河特大桥主拱跨度360 m,在目前国内同类结构中跨度属第一。该桥大吨位和大跨度缆索吊机的设计与施工、大直径钢管拱加工及安装、钢管拱成桥线型控制、大管径混凝土顶升施工均有较高科技含量。对钢管拱内顶升灌注C50补偿性无收缩混凝土施工技术进行了探讨。

Abstract:The Yellow River Bridge, the main arch span of which is 360 m, has the No.1 span among the same structures in China. The design and construction of this bridge' s large-tonnage and large-span cable crane, the processing and installation, the control of steel tube arch bridge line-type and the large-diameter concrete jacking-up construction have higher scientific and technological content. This paper probes into the construction technology of pouring C50 compensating non-shrinkage concrete into steel tube arch.
