| 摘 要： | 实施绿色供应链管理无疑是现代企业应对日益严重的公众、法规及环境标准压力的有效手段。文章在详细阐述绿色供应链管理的定义与内容的基础上，分析了现代企业实施绿色供应链管理所面临的问题，并就这些问题提出了相应的实施策略。
