| Abstract: | Based on the one-year test and study, the changing process of content of oxygen has been investigated in accordance with the point of view hold by the expert concerned. The content of oxygen in the steel is controlled through the control of the major factors which influence the content of oxygen during the smelting process. Therefore, the high quality steel has been obtained. |
