城市交通拥挤收费的利益冲突分析

城市交通在城市的发展中有着不可替代的作用。被称为“城市的血液”。然而目前世界上绝大多数的城市都存在不同程度的拥挤，逐渐成为制约城市发展的关键因素之一。文章分析了现阶段缓解交通拥挤的主要手段，从经济学的角度指出了交通拥挤收费的可行性。最后分析了实施拥挤收费后对不同利益集团产生的利益冲突。

An Analysis of the Conflict of Interests Based on Urban Traffic Jam Cost

Urban traffic,which is called the blood of cities,plays a unreplaceable role in the development of cities.However,almost all the cities in the world have different degree traffic jam,it is becoming the key to restrict city's further development.This paper analyzs the way to catabolic jam at present,points out the feasibility of collection traffic jam cost based on economics,at last analyze the conflict of interest for implements this policy.
