| Abstract: | The scientific worker is a carrier of the science and technology, and the key to promoting the scientific and technological progress and technological innovation. The research paper takes the scientific worker's questionnaire of Taiyuan as a basis, regard basic situation of the scientific worker as the breakthrough point , has carried on overall , careful , deep analysis to the scientific worker's essential features and problems, has proposed some policy suggestions for scientific and technological progress and talent strategy. |
