| Abstract: | This paper expounds the necessity of the integration and innovation on science and technology, puts forward the main contents of the integration and innovation: strengthening the integration of scientific research force to realize the rational distribution of talents and technical resources; integrating the technical innovation system to strengthen the ability of sci-tech achievements transformation; strengthening the integration and innovation consciousness to increase the integration ability of sci-tech managerial personnel; integrating social innovation resources to give full play of information net for the technical innovation. |
