| 摘 要： | 研究并建立了山西资源型经济区转型中的科技金融体制及其绩效评价方法，从金融资源优化配置的视角，分析了山西资源型经济区转型中金融创新机制对科技创新产业、产业结构升级的影响，探讨了山西资源型经济区转型中科技资源与金融资源的互动与融合，提出了构建山西资源型经济区转型综合配套改革中支撑金融资源与科技资源动态最优配置效率的试验平台。

| Abstract: | This paper studies and establishes the sci-tech financial system in the transformation of Shanxi resource- based economic zone and its performance evaluation method, and from the angle of financial resources＇ optimal configuration, analyzes the influence of financial innovation mechanism on sci-tech innovation industry and industrial structure upgrading in the transformation of Shanxi resource-based economic zone, probes into the interaction and fusion of sci-tech resources and financial resources in the transformation of Shanxi resource-based economic zone, and puts forward an experimental platform supporting the dynamic optimal configuration efficiency of financial resources and sci-tech resources in the transformation and comprehensive coordinated reform of Shanxi resource-based economic zone. |
