SGZ-764／400运输机减速器的改造与应用

针对SGZ-764／400运输机在井下生产运转过程中出现高速轴与闸盘经常性损坏的现象，将原减速机高速轴中的平键连接改为平键与花键连接配合使用，并针对漏油低速轴现象，采用骨架密封来封油解决漏油问题，提高了开机率和工作效率。

Transformation and Applications of the Conveyor＇ s SGZ-764/400 Speed Reducer

In the light of the phenomenon of frequent damage of the high speed shaft and brake disc of SGZ-764/400 conveyor in the process of underground productional operation, the fiat key connection in high speed shaft of original speed reducer was changed as fiat key to spline connection, and in view of the oil leakage phenomenon of low speed shaft, the skeleton oil seal was adopted to solve the oil leakage, which improves the operating rate and work efficiency.
